About Ribbon Life

Ribbon Life is a resource-driven lifestyle and support brand for caregivers, special-needs families, disabled people, and people living with chronic illness or fluctuating health.

We’re here because too much of what’s out there about caregiving and chronic illness reads like a pamphlet. Clinical. Distant. Written for the condition instead of the person living it.

Ribbon Life exists to be something different — practical help, emotional validation, and accessible guidance that feels human instead of studied. This is a space for the invisible labor of caregiving, the daily realities of chronic illness, and the parts of disabled life the rest of the world rarely stops to understand.

What you’ll find here:

  • Real talk about the invisible mental load of caregiving
  • Practical resources — Georgia and beyond — for disability, chronic illness, and caregiving support
  • Language for experiences that don’t always have words yet
  • A caregiver support space that sounds like help, not a brochure

Empowerment for our community. Awareness for the world around us.

Brandi Dawson @msBrandiDawson is the creator of Ribbon Life, a space shaped by both professional experience and lived reality.

She holds a degree in Psychology/Human Services and has worked in private consulting across education, social services, medical research, and omnimedia—a broad field that includes communication, content, digital media, and storytelling across multiple platforms.

She is also an award-winning multipotentialite, caregiver, special-needs parent and family advocate, and someone living with chronic illnesses, which is exactly why Ribbon Life exists.

This site was created to share what she has learned, studied, lived, and served, so caregivers, special-needs families, and people navigating chronic illness can find real-life support, practical insight, and resources from someone who understands these worlds from more than one angle.
